CGMP Current Good Manufacturing Practices


cGMP , we see "cGMP" refers to Current Good  Manufacturing Practices. The guidelines which are practiced to control and for management for manufacturing and quality control testing of  pharmaceutical products, foods and medical devices.

Every consumer will expect that the medicines which they were consuming will meet quality standards, So that the medicines will be safe and effective. cGMP are the regulations which enforced by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 

Sometimes GMP is also termed as cGMP  where "c" stands for current, reminding manufacturers that they must employ systems and technologies which are up-to-date in order to comply with the regulation. Every updates in the system or during manufacturing, processing or packing or holding of drugs comes under cGMP.
